Alexis Wolfe

Alexis Wolfe is a Senior Development Associate& Assistant Asset Manager at Barber Partners. Alexis has a strong background in capital markets (Debt & Equity), industrial acquisitions, and industrial asset management.

Prior to joining Barber Partners, Alexis was an Associate at Pennybacker Capital where she focused on acquisitions and asset management for industrial and office assets throughout the U.S. During her time at Pennybacker, Alexis managed more than 6 million SF of industrial assets and 600,000 SF of office assets. While at Pennybacker, Alexis acquired over 1 million SF of industrial and office assets.

Previously, Alexis worked in Debt and Structured Finance at CBRE focused on institutional debt advisory. While at CBRE, Alexis arranged more than $2.6 billion of real estate debt transactions for a number of institutional clients across all property types. Prior to joining CBRE, Alexis was a part of the Capital Markets team at JLL focused on office investment sales. During her time at JLL, Alexis valued more than $4.1billion of office investment opportunities.
